POLICIES AND MEASURES FOR THE PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS AT T16 BUILDING PREMISES FROM COVID-19

INTRODUCTION

The following is a presentation of the measures taken by T16, aiming at the protection of its employees and visitors from Covid-19. These measures are in accordance (and in some cases stricter, due to T16 initiative) with the health protocols mandated by the relevant state authorities, regarding public health protection from Covid-19. Bearing in mind that T16 facilities include closed indoor spaces used for various purposes (e.g. offices, events, meetings, café, accommodations and recreational amenities for staff and guests, etc.) we are constantly updating protection measures, in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of the relevant authorities.

The basic aims of these measures are:

| Health and safety of employees and visitors at T16 facilities.

| Maintaining the uninterrupted operation of business activities.

Companies, located at T16, are responsible for ensuring that their employees comply with the protocols established by the relevant authorities. They must also inform their visitors so that they conform too with the prerequisites for entry to T16 premises, as these are described below. Since T16 is responsible for health and safety of the employees and visitors who use its facilities, has the right to check each person before entry, by requesting the presentation of certification mandated by the relevant authorities, in accordance with the protocols in force (e.g. certificate of vaccination, proof of having had Covid-19 or a negative test, etc.). In case where a person does not fulfill these prerequisites, T16 has the right to prevent entry. T16 has also the right to check all employees and visitors during their stay in its facilities, in observance of the measures outlined below. In cases of non-compliance, T16 has the right to have the offender removed from the building.

We invite all the companies, located in the building, to inform their employees and visitors regarding the measures described below and the rules they must follow.
