POLICIES AND MEASURES FOR THE PROTECTION FROM COVID-19 OF EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS AT THE T16 BUILDING PREMISES
INTRODUCTION
The following is a presentation of the measures taken by T16 for the protection from Covid-19 of employees and visitors at its facilities. These measures are in accordance (and in some cases stricter, as the result of a T16 initiative) with the health protocols mandated by the relevant state authorities regarding public health protection from Covid-19. Bearing in mind that T16 facilities include closed indoor spaces used for various purposes (e.g. offices, events, meetings, café, accommodations and recreational amenities for staff and guests, etc.) we are constantly updating protection measures, in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of the relevant authorities.
The basic aims of these measures are:
- The health and safety of employees and visitors at the T16 facilities.
- Maintaining the uninterrupted operation of business activities.
It is the responsibility of the companies located at T16 to ensure that their employees comply with the protocols established by the relevant authorities. They must also inform their visitors so that they too conform with the prerequisites for entry to the T16 premises, as these are described below. Since T16 is responsible for the health and safety of the employees and visitors who use its facilities, it has the right to check each person before entry, requesting the presentation of certification mandated by the relevant authorities in accordance with the protocols in force (e.g. certificate of vaccination, proof of having had Covid-19 or a negative test, etc.). In cases where a person does not fulfill these prerequisites, T16 has the right to prevent entry. T16 also has the right to check all employees and visitors during their stay in its facilities in observance of the measures outlined below. In cases of non-compliance, T16 has the right to have the offender removed from the building.
We invite all the companies located in the building to inform its employees and visitors regarding the measures described below and the rules they must follow. We extend our warmest thanks for your cooperation, with the aim of safeguarding the health of every one of us, as well as the public health in general.
